I am the mother of 2 elementary school children who were forced to mask even though I opted them out. This is what started my journey to run for school board.
I’m a telecommunications professional and hold a Doctoral Degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University. I’ve held many leadership roles during my career and have worked extremely hard to meet my personal and professional goals. I want you to know that I have the drive and the fight to champion change within our school board.
On a daily basis parents across Orange County share their stories and snapshots of the inappropriate materials students are being subjected to. In the school board meetings parents are allotted 30 mins for public comment with 3 minute speaking times, per person. Not all parents can attend a meeting so early in the day. In essence, we are being silenced by this board. The meetings are run like a court room rather than an open, collective and collaborative room. I would not treat parents, students or teachers this way.
I hope you will support my efforts on this journey to make our schools great again!
Make a change
Please don’t vote for the same members. You have new candidates who believe in giving parents a voice, removing sexually explicit materials, not allowing mandates, not allowing CRT, and fighting for higher teacher pay. Vote NO to Gallo.
“Mandates have no place in America, and definitely not in our schools”
