I think the facemask, curfew, distancing etc. in our state is illegal and unconstitutional. Our governor has overstep his authority. Since their is no evidence, clinical, etc. that proves we are in a pandemic or that masks, social distancing actual are effective at stopping the spread; we should have an a court hearing over these issue in which our governor is forced to present actual evidence backing up his mandates. Otherwise he must be found guilty of encroaching on our God given rights. If business men who have been injured by these mandates are willing, we could establish a fund and take our governor to task.
