Wesley Huff has a BS, MS, in physics from the University of Illinois, along with an MBA from the University of Maryland with a major in accounting. He is an MCSD Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, which at one point was the top computer credential you could get. With extensive experience in small-scale business systems, he has written thousands of lines of code and spent hundreds of hours interviewing users. Fifteen years after he retired, he got a call from the Radar Systems Division of Northrop Grumman. They asked him to make some modifications to a system he designed for them, which they were still using. The system called TopDown was used by a small company engineering department to design and develop complex electromechanical assemblies, like, for example, a motor controller for an electric vehicle.
