2006 Plaintiff in the Voter GA lawsuit (http://www.voterga.org/)
against the Secretary of State, the Governor, et. al. filed suit on behalf of all nine million current and future Georgia voters contending that our current electronic voting method is illegal and unconstitutional according to state law.
2019-present Plaintiff in Curling v. Raffensperger court case that endeduse of Georgia’s former electronic voting systems and seeks to end
widespread use of the current ballot marking devices due to securityand integrity concerns.
