In 2012, it found 5.7 million new voters; in 2020 it found 17 million new voters.

The 31 states who are members MUST give ERIC updated info every 60 days from the Motor Vehicle Department. This means EVERYONE who can legally vote or can almost vote, registered or not. Since 2012 Washington state has been run by these two.

Trump fired Krebs who lead Election Security at CISA. Biden gave the position to Wyman in 2021. Hamlin is still heavily involved with ERIC and Washington state elections.

Another stew of names and groups: John Lindback, CSME (Soros funded dark money New Venture Fund), CTCL (Zuckerberg funds), Oregon Election Director, on EAC, president of NASED. Also Edgardo Cortes was with ERIC, EAC's Standards, and advisor to Election Security team with Soros funded Brennan Center.

Pew Center pushed the narrative of inaccurate, costly inefficient voter rolls and this started liberal states on path to ERIC and becoming paperless registrars. Universities published many papers in regard to voting registration problems.

Articles from NPR, CNN, Politico, Huffinton were also published on Voter registration issues. 2013, Obama formed a commission on Elections with his attorney, Michigan Election Director, Lomax (ACORN registration scam). Also on the commission was Mitt Romneys attorney and Maricopa County election compliance Tammy Patrick who now works with Soros Democracy Fund.

ERIC was sold as enabling states to find citizens who have not registered. Plus Washington and Colorado had many counties with over 100% registration.

Designers and the many groups involved are connected with Democrat donations and "the machines" Dominion and ES&S.

The designers of ERIC also built Senzing which coordinates the data between the states and runs ERIC.

Haas has been a System Engineer for last 9 years at ERIC, working with Lindback in Oregon, and shares a seat on the Elections Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council along with Dominion, ES&S, Smartmatic, and Unisyn Voting.

SCC is representative of 30 companies providing items for our elections. He gave out almost $70 mil of Zuckerberg funds in 2020 following CTCL.

Someone made an ethic complaint about David. “It’s the most unethical thing I’ve ever seen. He’s a hard core leftist who couldn’t stand conservatives. Emails revealed nasty, disparaging remarks about Republicans…unethical and unprofessional”. He was removed from working with the DOJ.

CEIR gave $20 mil to non profit MCELA and $11.8 mil to Democrat PR firms.

In 2013 ERIC was evaluated and found to have increased voter registrations by 8 out of 10,000. Lists of who moved to different ERIC states, within an ERIC state, and who is unable to vote because of medical or prison, Within 60 days ERIC requires states to solicit all eligible voters to register to vote. So while they have a lot of new voters, ineligible voters are rarely removed.

Problems in Lakeland, Florida.

18,000 pieces of mail were in the Director of Election office in trays with return to sender stickers. However those addresses somehow received ballots and voted. How can 18,000 ballot be counted when the people don't live at those addresses? This is being looked into right now.

Exiting ERIC

Cannot resign from ERIC within 90 days of an election.

Michigan and Wisconsin are suing because of the "Help America Act" requires that states handle their own voter rolls. This is information we should all know about as we set out to make our elections more transparent and verifiable.

Henry Zarb is the head of the Miami-Dade Republican Executive Committee Integrity Subcommittee. He used the National Change of Address (NCOA) database to check the voting rolls and found a 6%+ failure rate. This database is maintained by the United States Postal Service to use when people change their address and fill out a form to notify the post office of their new address.

This database is provided to everyone. Mass mailing companies use this database to update their addresses so they don't send out mail to people at bad addresses, thereby wasting postage.

The particular service used by Henry Zarb is called True NCOA. You do have to pay something to use this service but it is not too expensive.

Henry took the 5 million people in the Miami-Dade voter roll and sent it to True NCOA. True NCOA then ran that information against the NCOA database. The information comes back with a time-stamped certificate by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

The results showed 98,000 people had notified the USPS but the voter rolls had NOT updated the new addresses. This means that mail-in ballots and other election materials were sent to incorrect addresses. AND if there was no response another mailing would be sent out to that wrong address AGAIN.

98,000 is approximately 7.16% of the Miami-Dade voter roll.

This does leave open the possibility of election hanky panky using those addresses. Someone could use these addresses to request ballots and then pick them up.

Evidence from other sources in Florida seems to show that this did happen.

In Orange County it was found that addresses were changed in June/July, a ballot was sent out, and then the address was changed back immediately before the election. Who got the ballots??? And did they use them to vote?

There are two possible reasons. 1. The Supervisors of Election (SOE) are simply not doing as they should and cleaning the voter rolls. OR 2. The Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) is not doing its job.

ERIC was set up a few years ago to mostly service Democratic states. It is funded by the PEW Institute which was conservative but now left wing. ) ERIC signs agreements with over 30 states and each state pays $60,000 to join ERIC and $15,000-$25,000 a year to stay with ERIC.

_____________________

Links to ERIC info

Jovan Hutton Pulitzer ERIC Rumble

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/01/cleaning-voter-rolls-soros-founded-funded-eric-now-used-31-states/

https://yournews.com/2022/01/21/2285284/whos-cleaning-our-voter-rolls-soros-founded-and-funded-eric/

https://thefederalist.com/2022/08/11/democratic-operatives-control-voter-rolls-in-31-states-report-shows/

https://americanpolicy.org/2022/08/29/eric-the-epicenter-of-voter-fraud/

https://ifapray.org/blog/eric-membership-organization-is-now-being-used-in-31-states/

https://www.conservativehq.org/post/eric-the-electronic-registration-information-center-a-dream-database-for-voter-fraud

https://frankspeech.com/video/eric-voter-roll-system-doesnt-clean-voter-rolls-it-organizes-fraud

https://www.sgtreport.com/2022/08/soros-funded-voter-registration-system-eric-used-in-dozens-of-states-is-politically-compromised-report/

https://defconnews.com/2022/01/28/breaking-news-louisiana-decides-to-suspend-use-of-soros-funded-voter-roll-clean-up-sytem-eric/

___________________

ERIC takes the consolidated voter roll from the Department of State in Tallahassee and supposedly runs NCOA checks.

The Miami-Dade Election Integrity Subcommittee went to see their SOE, and asked her what ERIC does for her. She said ERIC does a NCOA check. So Henry Zarb sent the SOE the NCOA report he had. He asked, "If ERIC did a NCOA check why are there still 98,000 people who should not be on your roll?"

She has NOT responded, but Henry believes that the SOE does think that ERIC is doing what it is supposed to be doing.

Now Henry Zarb has a report for the entire state of Florida of over 15 million voters. From that information he sees that Miami-Dade is not unusual and the percentage of voters who have moved but are still on the voter rolls is fairly consistent throughout the state of Florida. This percentage is 6.16%. Since this is throughout the state, it appears the issue is with ERIC and not the SOEs. Otherwise some SOE's would have this issue and others would not.

This data was sent to Mr. Zarb. The voter rolls are available and the NCOA check is $20 per 5 million people. Now there were 67 files for each county so it might have been $20 per county. We do not know.

It appears that ERIC is saying that it is doing NCOA checks but not doing them.

For one thing, that is fraud because money was paid for a service that is not being done. And another this is that 6% can be enough to effect an election.

Every undeliverable address is a potential for fraud to occur. We don't know what is happening to ballots sent out. They could be sent out so that the actual person intentionally does not receive them. They could be returned and someone at the Post Office could be picking those up and doing who-knows-what with them instead of returning them to the SOE. Or someone in the SOE's office could be collecting them. We simply do not know.

The Miami-Dade SOE office is run very professionally and the election integrity subcommittee has a very good relationship with them. So, personally, Henry feels that this is probably all done by ERIC.

ERIC does not just collect voter data. Every month ERIC gets the voter roll from the state. And every 60 days it processes that and sends it back. It also collects every bid of information that the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) collects on everybody that the DMV interacts with for ANY reason.

This would be another way to acquire data needed for identity theft.

The Florida state Secretary of State (SOS) should stop using ERIC. With NCOA checks $20/file and simple to do then we do not need ERIC to do this. If we do not need ERIC, why stay in it?

People then argue that we can exchange information with other states if we use ERIC. This is easily fixed by making individual agreements with states. This will save money and keep us away from an organization founded by David Becker, an extreme progressive. Even if Becker has been thrown off the board we cannot trust this organization to pick someone we can trust.

Endless vigilence is required by all of us. We must have an investigation into ERIC and into what is happening to the voter rolls.

We are eager to hear what the SOS and Governor DeSantis decide should be done.

__________

Another issue in Miami-Dade is the problem of unsolicited mail-in ballots. The county elected that person and that person is accountable to those people who elected them.

In Florida there is something called the FLORIDA SUPERVISOR of ELECTIONS that is NOT elected. As a Florida voter, having spent a lifetime working on national and local political campaigns, I’m compelled to ask the burning questions all Florida voters should be asking… does my vote really count?

By Roger Stone

The 2020 Election year will go down in history as the most controversial and contested election year in the entire history of our nation. According to a recent poll conducted on July 5, 2022 by Rasmussen Reports and The National Pulse, 50% of US Likely Voters “fear the upcoming midterm elections could be tainted by cheating.”

Our nation is painfully divided. Yet, instead of conscientiously addressing the issues raised by their constituents, government officials in all branches appeared to join in a concerted effort with the media and billionaire donors to silence the outcry, ridicule the allegations, and label hard- working patriots as conspiracy theorists.

It’s not a conspiracy theory when it’s proven to be true – and in this situation, it has been proven – many times over.

While Florida appears to have risen to the top of the sludge of states – it’s still sludge, and
Florida isn’t immune. As a Florida voter, having spent a lifetime working on national and local political campaigns, I’m compelled to ask the burning questions all Florida voters should be asking:

Does my vote really count?

● Is election/voter fraud an issue in Florida?

● Is vote-by-mail vulnerable to voter fraud abuses?

● Why have criminal charges not been filed against offset printers and mail
forwarding businesses for violations of FS 101.62(4)(c)(1)?

● Are campaign finance violations rampant in Florida?

● Are the Secretary of State, Division of Elections, and Supervisors of Elections
really doing everything possible to ensure free, fair, and legitimate elections for all US citizens?

Are they doing an effective job of maintaining clean voter rolls? Are they doing an effective job of ensuring only legitimate votes are being counted?

● Why is Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody not taking swift, definitive actions to investigate egregious evidence presented to her office, and to prosecute election/voter fraud and campaign finance violations?

Why does the Florida Voter Crimes Division not go into effect until 2023? What
happens for 2022 midterm elections – do criminals get a free pass?

“The County Supervisor of Elections has the sole authority to register and remove voters” 2 and Florida Division of Elections (FDoE), operating under the Florida Department of State (FDoS), is responsible for voter registration in Florida; yet, there are gaping holes in the system.

Here are just a few examples of flaws embedded in our election and voter registration
processes:

DHSMV Registering People to Vote Who Are Ineligible

● No verification of voter registration status when registering at the DHSMV

● Presumptions made at multiple steps

o Presumptive that DHSMV customer agrees to submit information for voter
registration purposes

o Presumptive that customer provides accurate information on DHSMV form

o Presumptive that customer is not already registered to vote

Errors on Voter Registration Forms

● Data input errors on FDLIS form could create duplicate registration record

● Misspelling could cause someone to have to vote a provisional ballot due to no record
found

● Voiding, canceling, interrupting a driver license/ID card transaction cancels voter
registration; failure to re-enter voter registration means no voter registration information
is captured or transmitted

Illegal Vote-By-Mail (VBM) Ballot Envelopes

● Pursuant to FS 101.6103(1), 5 ballots shall be placed in an envelope which is prominently
marked “Do Not Forward” (see Figures 1, 2)

<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-8196 td-animation-stack-type0-2" Sworn confessions by whistleblowers involved in the crimes. An in-depth, eye-opening full forensic audit that uncovered a mountain of evidence of fraud. Despite the differing opinions, one thing is for sure – he has done a lot of good for our state, and his actions have buffered the tremendous impact of the attacks on our families, food, and finances. But it’s time for Governor DeSantis to step up his game and ask the same questions of Attorney General Ashley Moody that his constituents are asking, and then to take the necessary actions as are required of him when an official isn’t fulfilling his or her oath of office, is disenfranchising the citizens of Florida, and is putting Florida’s security at risk.

The Florida Attorney General is the chief legal officer of the state and is head of the Florida Department of Legal Affairs.

Ashley Moody’s office and Ron DeSantis’ office were presented with the largest case of campaign finance violations in the history of Florida. The evidence of these criminal actions and the scope of the campaign finance violations were staggering. Yet, the individuals and organizations responsible for perpetrating these unconscionable crimes against the people of Florida have yet to be charged.

Why do Secretary of State Cord Byrd and Attorney General Ashley Moody both seem to be looking the other way? The evidence is blinding!

Ashley Moody’s constituents are calling her to the carpet on this because we’ve had enough of the smoke and mirrors. Showing up to make public announcements regarding whatever buzzword committee she’s put together this week to quell the uprising, but then not following through, isn’t gonna it anymore.

Floridians demand that she act in the capacity commensurate with the oath she has taken as chief legal officer of the state. We’re not interested in getting phone calls from her field agents to ward off mean tweets. We don’t want to see her showing up for the sound bites on the 6:00 news. We want her to take quick and decisive action to rid our beautiful state of the criminal elements that pervade it. We want to see indictments for election fraud and campaign finance violations, we want thorough investigations performed, and we want swift and uncompromising justice to be served.

In another words – it’s time for Ashley Moody to stop jerking around her constituents, and to do job – NOW – or just resign. Plain and simple. It should be easy enough for her to take action, since the patriots in our state have already done most of the leg work and heavy lifting for her.

Roger Stone is a political strategist and pundit and a long-time political advisor and friend of President Donald Trump. If you are like us, concerned about the direction of the Republican Party, then no other election date is as important as August 23rd to decide between the two types of Republicans you want to represent you and your family.

The first choice is the RINO - (Republican in name only) - a candidate who talks the talk, but that’s about it. They are usually well funded by special interest groups - developers, big industry, corporations — and usually win. They get their name out and advertise with all those big donor dollars. However, once in office, we find they don’t vote the way we want - they vote the way their DONORS want. You and me? We’re left in the dust. The approval rate of these elected Establishment Republicans hovers at 9%. They are professional politicians.

The second choice is the kind of Republican YOU likely are…. believes in the Party Platform, doesn’t want to cave to special interests or to Democrats like Establishment Republicans do. These Republicans really believe in American Exceptionalism, the America First and Florida First agendas and are willing to run for office more as a calling than a profession. These are people who are disgusted by the current state of the Republican Party and are willing to sacrifice time with their families and their businesses to give their constituents a real seat at the table who listen and vote for the best interest of their constituency rather than big money donors.

And amazingly, most RINOs win in the August Republican Primary.

Most Florida Republicans voted for former President Donald Trump in 2016 and again in 2020 because he called out RINOs and condemned the Swamp in D.C…. and frankly, he talked about the issues like regular Patriot voters do. Why was it easy for us to recognize candidate Trump as an outsider —not part of the Republican Establishment? For many of us, voting for Trump was the first time in decades where we were actually voting FOR someone instead of voting AGAINST someone. We weren’t down to deciding between the lesser of two evils…which are still evil.

Why is it so hard on the county or the state level to choose to vote for true conservative Republican outsiders? Is it only because the money poured into these races by corporate donors drowns out the conservative Republican candidate’s message?

Make use of the tools you already have.

The simplest way to find out if a primary candidate is being funded by corporate donors is to take a look at their campaign donations. On the county level, it’s easy to find on the your Supervisor of Elections website.

Take a look at the candidate’s donors and the amount of money poured into his campaign. If it looks like a who’s who of millionaire developers and large homebuilding companies, you are well on your way in determining who that candidate will REALLY serve while in office.

The August 23rd Primary will decide if we as a Party move away from the Republican Establishment we have watched do little to fend off liberal Marxists on our elected school boards or RINOs in the Florida Legislature who haven’t full supported Governor DeSantis, whose Republican policies have made him wildly popular.

August 23rd is YOUR DAY to vote!

________________

Florida County REC Memberships – What's Going On and Why? - an FNR Editorialhttps://defendourunion.org/ei/florida-county-rec-memberships-what-s-going-on-and-why-an-fnr-edi2022-06-21T01:49:11.000Z2022-06-21T01:49:11.000ZDavene Meehanhttps://defendourunion.org/members/DaveneMeehan

Florida News Report, Editorial, June 20, 2022

Florida News Report has been on fire and telling it like it is.. It could be just a coincidence.

However, consider this: the result of the 2020 Election didn’t ignite the Republican Establishment in outrage.

They were delighted to be done with Trump.

It’s the conservative Republicans who have been furious - and have subsequently flooded Florida county RECs with new memberships. If you have attended these meetings, you will hear them give their reasons for wanting to join their local REC - and Trump, the result of the 2020 election, the direction of the country, and election integrity are all being talked about by this group of Republicans.

The Republican Establishment however doesn’t want to talk about the 2020 election result, MAGA, Trump or election integrity.

Could the membership issues be about the Primary?

With so many Republicans wanting to get involved, one would think that the Republican Party Of Florida would want to capitalize on getting these folks plugged into all the empty Precinct Committeemen and Committeewomen positions open to help the best Republican candidates win…..in the August 23rd Primary.

What does a Republican Primary Get You?

In 2016, remember the crowded Florida Republican Presidential Primary? Some of those candidates could be described as “Republican Establishment” candidates who would maintain the status quo. Whether tone deaf or just clinging to the past, they misjudged their Republican voters at a time when those voters were motivated to vote against what was identified as “The Swamp.”

Republican Establishment candidates, Chris Christie, Jeb Bush, and John Kasich all wanted to stay on the Republican talking points, avoiding the very issues they needed to come out strong on to win that Presidential Primary.

There was one man at that time who was NOT going to regurgitate the Republican talking points to the ire of party leadership and that was Donald Trump. His willingness to talk about the real issues made it clear that he was more in touch with the concerns and priorities of most Republican voters.

2016 proves you can get a REAL Republican in a Republican Primary, but only if you’re paying attention.

So that brings us to the Florida August 23rd Republican Primary

It’s an election year. Election years send politicos scrambling to find volunteers to make calls and knock on doors for their candidate of choice and one of the first places these campaign staffers hit up is….. the local Republican Executive Committee meetings.

It makes sense that the county GOP would not only be thrilled to have doubled their number of members in an election year to help the candidates, but it’s also part of their mission statement to get Republicans get elected unless there is something more going on here we don’t know about?

Why would county RECs slow down admitting new members BEFORE the August 23rd Primary?

The August 23rd Primary present two different futures for the Republican Party of Florida in the two types of Republican candidates - just like the 2016 Presidential Primary:

The Republican Establishment Candidate: the Great Pretender: Talks about conservative values, but doesn’t really believe what he’s saying. Dismal voting record. Policy positions and votes against the Republican Party Platform. Funded by Special Interests and has piles of campaign and PAC money. Professional Politician.

The Republican Conservative Candidate: a True Believer: This candidate compares his campaign to a “calling” not a profession. Support the Republican Party Platform. Often promises to term-limit himself. Self funded campaign or funded by small donor dollars. Considers Professional Politicians the Problem in the Party.

The August 23rd Primary is the opportunity for Florida Republican voters to be heard by THEIR OWN PARTY from the State level down to county. But with only a 30% Republican voter turnout, the Republican Establishment candidate only has to target the Republican Super Voters to win the Primary and retain control of the seats up for grabs. And they have the money to do it.

One could speculate that by keeping conservatives from campaigning for the Republican conservative candidate during the Primary through the RECs, that may be the driving force to keep new members out…. Until after the Primary.

Pay close attention and see if those members are quickly admitted into the county RECs around the state right after the Primary election. FNR has been told by two whistleblowers in two counties that their county’s REC board stated they aren’t motivated to GET OUT THE VOTE for the Primary - they are only focusing on re-electing DeSantis in November.

On August 24th, we will know if the Republican Establishment has retained control of Florida or if they have been put on notice that it’s a new day in Florida.

You get to decide.

____________

Defend our Union/Defend Florida is a grassroots, citizens organization. The new map gets rid of previous gerrymandered seats and gives Republicans a 20 to 8 advantage in the state.

The new map proposed by Governor DeSantis will give Republicans 4 new seats in the US Congress. This allows the new districts to take effect for now.

CNN reported:

A Florida appeals court has reinstated the congressional map Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law last month, allowing the controversial new district boundaries to take effect for now.

In an order issued Friday, the First District Court of Appeal stayed a temporary injunction on the DeSantis map put in place May 12 by a circuit court judge. The judge, J. Layne Smith of the 2nd Circuit Court of Florida, had blocked the map because he said it unconstitutionally disenfranchised minority voters by breaking up a northern Florida district represented by Democrat Al Lawson, who is Black.

The appeals court on Friday also expressed skepticism with Smith’s decision to replace the DeSantis map with one drawn by Harvard University professor Stephen Ansolabehere while the lawsuit proceeds. The court said there was a “high likelihood” that Smith’s decision was unlawful because “by awarding a preliminary remedy to the appellees’ on their claim, the order ‘frustrated the status quo, rather than preserved it.'”

The map drawn by Ansolabehere, a witness for the groups who are suing the state over the new boundaries, kept intact Lawson’s district while adopting the DeSantis-approved lines for districts south of the Panhandle.
